"Like taking candy from a baby" said Shawn ..... without mentioning the few times (rare, it's true) that he struck out.

These smelt were so anxious to be part of the party that they lost their heads

They're small. Don't look like much. But, man, are they delicious.

A good example of a well cut hind quarter steak. Mild yet delicious flavor and almost as tender as loin steaks. A tribute to Shawn's butchering skills.
